Innovative Engineering and Design
‘’In keeping with the promise to introduce one complication per year, we have decided to launch the Jumping Hour complication, which has been missing from our watches for 13 years. The Maestro 4.0 Ducati 30° Anniversario 916 features an open-worked Ducati wheel to display time by rotation, perfectly in line with Mr. Genta’s preference towards unconventional complications. Obviously, the skeletonised motorcycle wheel inserted in a jumping hour disk represented several engineering challenges. It took a year and a half of R&D to succeed in paying homage to the iconic Ducati 916. This limited edition is the perfect representation of Artistic Creativity and Technical Mastery. Our aim is to break the rules of conventional watchmaking while maintaining design harmony and mechanical performance as priorities’’.

Durability and Style in Design
Designed to be both resilient and stylish, the watch includes a matte black ceramic bezel on a marble-black Carbon Forged case. This integrates smoothly with a Grade 5 Titanium crown, case-back, and buckle, showcasing Ducati and Gerald Charles’s commitment to top-notch quality. Known for being lightweight and tough, these materials are perfect for this innovative timepiece. Moreover, the finishings pay homage to racetrack surfaces. Thanks to its special case structure, the watch boasts high water resistance of 10 ATM/100 meters and 5G shock resistance.
Breaking New Ground with Time Display
The Maestro 4.0 Ducati 30° Anniversario 916 is the first Gerald Charles watch to feature a skeleton jumping hour display and the first to show time on a motorcycle wheel. Central to the case is a wheel that subtly nods to the original Ducati 916 wheel rim. The golden jumping hour disk mimics the original motorcycle’s three-spoke bronze alloy wheel, with black edges accentuating the contrast. A refined touch is the top sapphire’s “guichet” frame, infused with SuperLuminova red edges, subtly revealing the hour in low light.
Honoring the Ducati 916 Legacy
The tribute to the Ducati 916’s 30-year history is also visible through the glass case back, which showcases the intricate Gerald Charles in-house movement. It is adorned with the celebratory laurel and the iconic motorcycle logo. For Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 30° Anniversario 916 owners who buy this watch, a special customization is offered, featuring the engraving of their bike’s progressive number on the case back.
