Instinct 3 watches are made with a metal-reinforced bezel, a fiber-reinforced polymer case, and a scratch-resistant display, ensuring they withstand tough conditions. They adhere to MIL-STD 810 standards for thermal and shock resistance and are water-resistant up to 100 meters. The built-in flashlight offers various intensities, including a red light and strobe mode.

Color Options and Sizes

Available in both 45mm and 50mm sizes, these smartwatches come in stylish colors such as Black and Black/Charcoal, as well as vibrant options like Neotropic and Neotropic/Twilight, part of the Tropical Pulse Collection.

Enhanced Solar Efficiency and Health Monitoring

The new solar lens is larger and more efficient, providing over five times the battery life in GPS mode compared to the previous Instinct 2 Solar. The watches also offer comprehensive health monitoring, including heart rate and sleep tracking, alongside women’s health features.

Smart Features for Everyday Use

Users can receive notifications, emails, and texts directly on the watch when paired with a compatible smartphone. The Garmin Messenger app enables two-way text messaging, and Garmin Pay allows contactless payments. Multi-band GPS with SatIQ ensures accurate positioning while conserving battery.

Sports and Activity Tracking

With built-in sports apps, the Instinct 3 Series is ideal for activities like hiking, running, and skiing. TracBack routing helps retrace steps, and the watch can pair with the Garmin Explore App for detailed maps and course creation.
