W São Paulo showcases avant-garde architecture and contemporary design. The hotel offers 179 chic rooms beginning on the 25th floor, with 16 suites, each providing panoramic views of the cityscape. The hotel features the renowned AWAY Spa, FIT gym, a WET Deck with an outdoor pool, two restaurants, three bars, and five event venues including the expansive Great Room, spanning 400m². An ornate walkway connects Rua Funchal to Rua Helena, enabling guests to easily explore the city.

W São Paulo merges modern design with local authenticity, occupying the site of the historic Teatro Via Funchal. Designed by Aflalo/Gasperini Arquitetos, with landscaping by Benedito Abbud and interiors by Nini de Andrade Silva, the hotel embraces Brazilian modernist architecture with angular lines and vibrant colors. The use of Brazilian stone and wood creates an elegant yet playful atmosphere reflective of the city’s cultural spirit.

The hotel offers three unique dining experiences, each with its own distinct vibe. L40 Cozinha de Latitude, located on the 40th floor, offers incredible city views and takes guests on a global culinary adventure, featuring dishes from 16 regions like Portugal and Japan, all enhanced with Brazilian ingredients. Executive Chef Thomaz Leão leads this culinary journey.
Baio Cozinha Sulista, on the 23rd floor, reimagines Southern Brazilian cuisine with a modern twist, crafted by Chef Tuca Mezzomo. Yōso Bar and Café, on the 24th floor, presents an immersive Japanese mixology experience, creating a refined yet authentic ambiance.
Rejuvenating Spa and Fitness Experiences
Located on the 39th floor, the AWAY Spa offers a peaceful escape with exclusive treatments using Brazilian ingredients, inspired by the country’s diverse regions. The spa features sustainable products by Feito Brasil and includes three luxurious treatment rooms. For those seeking an energetic workout, the FIT gym provides high-intensity exercises with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment.

The property also includes 216 W Residences from the second to the twenty-second floor, available in five categories from 53 to 102 m². Residents have access to an indoor pool, two saunas, a relaxation area, the FIT gym, co-working spaces, and an event hall.
