The CG RETROPY SANDAL, on the other hand, offers a radical transformation of Adidas‘ signature heritage design into an entirely new form. The sandal, available in two color options, comprises a neoprene upper with numerous cut outs, an elastic lace closure, and a Boost midsole.
CG SQUASH POLTA AKH: Celebrating Transparency and Layers
The collection’s final piece is the CG SQUASH POLTA AKH. First showcased as part of the collaborative initiative in 2022, this unique design reinterprets a 1988 Adidas Made-in-Taiwan squash shoe with transparent elements that reveal and honor the raw layers beneath. The CG SQUASH POLTA AKH, originally designed for the court, retains a rubber outsole and a soft leather lining and is introduced in three new color variants.
